Feel Real Yoga is yoga for real people: are you slim or not, flexible or stiff? We offer yoga for all body types, ages and physical conditions. It is also yoga for modern people, who are oftentimes (too) busy, that are in search of a little less stress and more relaxation in their lives.
At Feel Real Yoga, we believe that yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and energy work can significantly improve your quality of life. This must be accessible to everyone. That is why we offer different forms of yoga, for individuals as well as companies.
